To qualify for possible assistance from RTH, the family in need must have a registered student in the Palmerton School District. The family must also be facing a serious hardship. RTH reserves the right to offer assistance on a case by case basis. The RTH committee will meet and review the application form. The family will be notified if assistance can be given. All applications will remain confidential.
